Sentia has multiple data centers in the Benelux. All our facilities are equipped with large Uninterruptible Power Supplies, air conditioning, fire detection, temperature control and a wide range of security systems. Our network infrastructure is fully redundant: if one system fails, another one takes over.
The Sentia team works with SIS (Sentia Information System). Within SIS all processes are facilitated from ticket / call to billing. You also have access to this system, meaning the status of incidents, requests, releases and updates are transparent to everyone. Service level reporting on our service can also be found in SIS. These reports are custom made, so you can integrate them quickly and easily within your own service level reports to your clients. If required, we can even make a connection between SIS and your service management tool, allowing you to automatically access information on our actual service levels.
