Sentia once again achieves a 100% Outsourcing Recommendation Score!

For the fourth consecutive year, Sentia has featured in the Giarte Outsourcing Performance Benchmark research. As part of this research, Sentia was tested on the experience of its customers and for the third time in a row, has achieved an Outsourcing Recommendation Score of 100%. Since 2002, Giarte has conducted this research, which is considered the Netherland’s largest IT outsourcing study. All results from this research were shared during the Outsourcing Performance Day in Bussum on June 28th.

This research examines the value of the relationship between a service provider and its clients. The value of the relationship with a service provider forms the basis for the research and, in addition to the technical solution provided, great importance is placed on the quality of this relationship. Senior Managers within client organizations were interviewed in order to compile a total score. This year, 24 of Sentia’s clients were interviewed.

 

In previous years, Sentia came under the ‘medium size’ organization peer group, but this year for the first time, Sentia joined the ‘large size’ category. In this peergroup, Sentia once again scores highly. With a total score of 33% Superfans, Sentia takes second place in its peer group of specialised managed service providers. Superfans are clients that act as outspoken ambassadors, recommending Sentia within their network. In addition, Sentia scores, for the third year in a row, a Recommendation Score of 100%, meaning only positive reviews have been issued by Sentia's customers. All customers rate Sentia with a 7.9 for satisfaction; a score matching that of the top two in the peer group.

 

Sentia also scores 8.1, which is very good, for what would be considered the most important quality - willingness of service. Sentia attained an average of 73% on the trust scores and the highest level for competence, with a score of 78%.
